The Job

If you prefer flying packages over people, this is a pretty good gig. 

The atmosphere is fun and relaxed but the flying is professional. To succeed in this position your IFR skills must be sharp, you have to be comfortable flying in complex airspace, and you need to be comfortable with a variety of weather situations.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate
  • Instrument Rating
  • 1,200 Hours Total Time
  • 500 Hours Cross Country
  • 100 Hours Night
  • 75 Hours Instrument (50 of which were in actual flight)
  • Ability to comply with PRIA & DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs or more
  • Ability to handle the demanding physical requirements of the position
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Right to work in the United States

Compensation

  • Year 1 Salary - $60,000 (+$20,000 for IAD base)​
  • Year 2 Salary - $66,000 (+$20,000 for IAD base)
  • Annual Bonus - $1,000 to $9,000 (Typical range)
  • Insurance - Health, dental, and vision are offered
  • Holidays - Paid company holidays
  • Vacation & Sick Time - Accrued annually
